Do you support custom ISO images ?
Yes we do on all servers. If the ISO you’d like to use is not in our library, we will be more then happy to add it. Please open a ticket on our helpdesk supplying us with a link to the ISO, and we will make it available to you asap
Can I change the operating system of my server ?
Yes you can do that at any time as many times as you wish right from your dashboard with just a single click.
How long does it take for my server to be setup ?
All servers are instantly setup after payment is received. If your server is not up in 5 minutes or less, please contact support.
